In my opinion, one of the biggest skillsets outside of selling, that we must develop and master as a coach is our presentation skills.

The ability to present (communicate) our message in a clear, articulate manner in front of an audience, live or virtual. Doing this while being personable, likable, charismatic and passionate about out message.

This give us credibility and allows people to want to follow us, be a part of what we are doing and more importantly… work with us! Yet presentation skills are one of the biggest challenges for us as coaches if that has not been a part of your life/career leading up to this venture.
